Month of Therapy for Trafficking Survivor – The Philippines
Online Sexual Exploitation of Children, or “cyber trafficking,” is a new danger for children in the Philippines. Traffickers victimize children, abusing their innocence and harming them physically, emotionally, and psychologically on a webcam while pedophiles and predators watch online. Children rescued from cyber trafficking need a safe place to receive care and rehabilitation.
The Salvation Army’s Bethany Girls’ Home stands against child abuse and exploitation by providing safe shelter, protection, and aftercare services to victims rescued from cyber trafficking as they begin the difficult path towards healing.
Your gift will provide a month of therapy to a victim of cyber trafficking or sexual abuse at Bethany Girls Home, setting them on a path towards healing and wholeness.
