Returns

If you need to make a return to TradeWest, please follow the instructions below:

Request a return by logging into your account and selecting the person icon in the right corner. From the orders page, click "request refund" next to the item you wish to return. Then fill out the next page with the reason, then click "request refund" to complete the process.

 Once the return is confirmed you can mail the items to:

TradeWest Returns 30840 Hawthorne Blvd. Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275

1. Include a copy of the packing slip with the items you are returning, 

2. Return the items within 90 days of the invoice date, 

3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

*At this time our website is not setup for exchanges. You'll need to return the item(s), then place a new order.*

PLEASE NOTE: Returns cannot be made on discontinued or clearance items, special orders, altered or tailored uniform items. All returned items must be in saleable condition. TradeWest must be notified within five days of items damaged in transit.

Following these requirements will enable TradeWest to issue credits for the returned merchandise. You will be notified if we are unable to issue a credit. If you have questions, contact us prior to returning the merchandise. Your assistance in this matter will better enable us to serve all of our customers more efficiently and effectively.
