What to do if I forgot my password?
When logging in, please click "Forgot Password" and an e-mail will be sent to you with your password. Please allow a few minutes before checking your e-mail.

How do I charge my order to the Corps/Where can I get my account information?
You will need a TradeWest account number in order to charge your Corps/Department. If you do not know your account information, please contact your DFS Finance Dept. at your DHQ. The account number acts as a credit card (mixture of 16 letters and numbers) when you check out. Your account number will come with a 4 digit pin code that is used as the CVV code. For more detailed instructions, please go to your lotus notes > Bulletin Board > Trade/Purchase West for a tutorial link.

How do I receive uniform assistance?
This is given with your account number. It is called a "Uniform Assistance Code". You can obtain this code from your DFS Finance department at DHQ if you are an Officer. For soldiers, please contact your Corps Officer to avail this.

I need to receive items ASAP
There is an option when you check out. 2 day air or Next day air shipping. Please keep in mind that if you need an order to go out on a certain day, that it needs to be placed before 3 PM (PST). Please plan accordingly when you place an order as there can be shipping conflicts. Shipping DOES NOT include weekends, only WEEKDAYS.

How can I order items that are out of stock?
If any item(s) are out of stock, please e-mail us at TradeWest@usw.salvationarmy.org with the items that you need. We will add the quantity that you need and you will be able to purchase them. These items will be backordered until they arrive to the warehouse.
